NeoJPL and/or its affiliates (NeoJPL we or us) respects the privacy of everyone that uses our websites, games, and various related services. This privacy policy is designed to inform you about the type of information that we gather about you, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of that information.

Social features are a core component of our games. Other players and users may, for example, see your profile data,
in-game activities and read the messages you have posted.

NeoJPL has partners to perform services for us. These partners process your data only at and according to
NeoJPL´s instructions to provide the Service, such as hosting, player support, analytics and fraud prevention.
· Other companies and public authorities.
In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests. We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.

The Service includes features from our partners, such as social media interaction tools and in-game advertising. These partners may access your data and operate under their own privacy policies. · Business Transfer
In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, dissolution (including bankruptcy), change of control, or a sale of all or a portion of our assets, customer information, including personally identifiable information, generally is one of the transferred business assets. In the event that NeoJPL undergoes such transactions, including preparation of any of such transactions, we may share, disclose or transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor. Any third party to which we transfer or sell our assets will have the right to continue to use the personal and other information that you provide to us in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your information to any third party outside of these circumstances.

7. Where do we hold and how long do we keep hold of your information?
Your personal information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of your country or jurisdiction, including but not limited to our data center in Korea. It may also be processed by personnel of our affiliates and third-party service provider who may operate outside of your country or jurisdiction. In such case, we will take reasonable steps to require such third party in possession of your personal information to take commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information. On the other hand, the data and privacy protection laws of other countries may not be as comprehensive as those laws in your country of residence. By using our Services, you consent to your personal information being transferred to recipients in other countries and being stored and processed in the servers located in other countries.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providing Services to you, if retention of your personal information is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy or any other agreement we may have with a user.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
You have the right to ask us not to use your personal information for marketing purposes. To change your marketing preferences, or to unsubscribe, please contact us at Customer Center in our Services.
You have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you can choose to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, some parts of our Services may not work properly.
You can also make changes to what data a third-party social network or platform shares with us, or stop our Services interacting with that social network or platform by adjusting your settings with that third-party provider; however, you may not be able to enjoy some social features of our Services.
Access the personal data we hold about you.
If you request, we will provide you a copy of your personal data in an electronic format.
You may request to delete your account by logging in to the account that you wish to delete and going to the Customer Support menu to submit your request. We may ask you for certain personal information to confirm your identity before processing your request. Please note that before we process your deletion request, we will ask you to verify your account information or log into the account you wish to delete to confirm your identity. In addition, if you have multiple Game profiles, you’ll need to make separate requests for each Game profile that you wish to close.
Please be aware that we may not be able to delete your information in some cases. For example, we cannot correct or delete any information that you have shared on any third-party social network or platform. Likewise, any information that you have publicly shared through our Services may be copied by a third party whom we do not control, and we may not be able to remove such information. In addition, any information that is saved in aggregate form or that cannot, in our sole discretion, be removed without undue burden to us may not be deleted.
Moreover, we may not be able to delete your information if retention of your information is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and exercise or defend against a legal claim. Such information may be disclosed pursuant to this Privacy Policy regardless of whether you have terminated your account or deleted your information.
Any third-party platform that you use to access the Services may also retain backup copies of your information even after your account is deleted or terminated and may use them subject to their policies.

You also have the right to correct your data, have your data deleted, object how we use or share your data, and restrict how we use or share your data. You can always withdraw your consent, for example by turning off GPS location sharing in your mobile device settings.

California residents have the right to request information identifying any third party to whom ‘NeoJPL’ may have disclosed, within the past year. user's personal information for that third party’s direct marketing purposes as well as a description of the personal information disclosed by California Civil Code link 1798.83 permits, If you are a California resident and to request such information, you may contact us to ‘service@neojpl.com’. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per user each year; we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the email address above.
10-2. Privacy Rights for California Minors
California residents under the age of 18 have the right to request removal of any content or information that they have publicly posted within our services such as boards in our websites or applications. To request such information, you may contact us at ‘service@neojpl.com’. Your request should include a detailed description of the specific content or information to be removed. and Please be aware that the removal of your information or content doesn't guarantee complete or comprehensive, and the copies of such removed information may remain on our servers. In addition, we are not obligated to remove any posted content and information that has been copied or reposted by a third party, or if its rendered anonymous, also that we are required to keep by law.
11. EU Data Protection Rights
The personal information of users in the EU domain is only collected the minimum required information to execute the game and provide service contract, and the other information is collected with the consent of the information subject.
You have the right to oppose the way of personal information processing provided by NeoJPL, or to request transfer to wherever you want, if technically possible.
Residents of EU Member States may contact service@neojpl.com for any unreasonable treatment that exceeds the time limit required by law, also you can request judicial relief to the authorities.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
1) 회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후(단, 회원탈퇴 시 게임 정보 및 구글, 애플의 고유 식별 정보는 탈퇴 후 6개월간 보관)에는 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 또한, 회사는 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 및 동법 시행령에 따라 연속하여 1년 동안 서비스를 이용하지 않은 이용자(이하 "휴면계정"이라 한다)의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 계약을 해지하고 개인정보 파기하거나 분리보관 등 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. 이 경우, 조치일 30일 전까지 필요한 조치가 취해진다는 사실과 개인정보 보유기간 만료일 및 개인정보의 항목을 "회원"에게 통지합니다.
단, "회원"의 요청에 따라 기간을 달리한 경우에는 그 기간 동안, 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우에는 아래와 같이 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 이용자 개인정보를 보관합니다.

2) 위 1)항에 따라 보유하고 있는 개인정보 등에 대하여 귀하가 열람을 요구하는 경우 회사는 지체 없이 그 내용을 열람, 확인할 수 있도록 조치합니다.
5. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법
회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다. 다만, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률에 따라 1년간 서비스를 이용하지 않은 이용자의 개인정보는 별도로 분리하여 보관합니다.
1) 파기절차
- 이용자가 서비스 이용과정에서 제공한 목적이 달성된 후 별도의 DB로 옮겨져 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에 따라(개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간 참조) 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다.
- 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 보유되는 이외의 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
2) 파기방법
- 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.
- 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.
6. 이용자 및 법정 대리인의 권리 및 그 행사 방법
1) 이용자 및 법정 대리인은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신 혹은 당해 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며 가입 해지를 요청할 수도 있습니다.
2) [정보통신망이용촉진 및 정보보호등에 관한 법률] 상 만 14세 미만의 아동은 온라인으로 타인에게 개인정보를 보내기 전에 반드시 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적에 대하여 충분히 숙지하고 법정대리인(부모)의 동의를 받아야합니다.
3) [게임 산업 진흥에 관한 법률]상 만 18세 미만의 청소년은 회원가입시 법정대리인(부모)의 동의를 받아야합니다.
4) 이용자가 개인정보의 오류에 대한 정정을 요청하신 경우에는 정정을 완료하기 전까지 당해 개인정보를 이용 또는 제공하지 않습니다. 또한 잘못된 개인정보를 제3자에게 이미 제공한 경우에는 정정 처리결과를 제3자에게 지체 없이 통지하여 정정이 이루어지도록 하겠습니다.
5) 회사는 이용자 혹은 법정 대리인의 요청에 의해 해지 또는 삭제된 개인정보는 “개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간”에 명시된 바에 따라 처리하고 그 외의 용도로 열람 또는 이용할 수 없도록 처리하고 있습니다.

8. 개인정보의 기술적/관리적 보호 대책

3) 처리 직원의 제한 및 교육
개인정보처리 직원은 최소한으로 제한하고 담당직원에 대한 수시 교육을 통하여 본 정책의 준수를 강조하고 있습니다.
4) 개인정보보호전담기구의 운영
사내 개인정보보호전담기구 등을 통하여 본 정책의 이행사항 및 담당자의 준수 여부를 점검하여 문제가 발견될 경우 즉시 시정조치하고 있습니다.
단, 이용자 본인의 부주의나 인터넷상의 문제로 서비스 제공관련 제휴관계에 있는 플랫폼의 계정(ID) 및 비밀번호, 닉네임, 이메일 등 개인정보가 유출되어 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
